Montis Norvai\u0161is is a Lithuanian writer-director whose work spans heartfelt drama, biting satire, and inventive docufiction. A graduate of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, he has penned features in development and written for the upcoming political sitcom The Staff. Montis crafts stories where intimacy meets wit, and the unexpected hides in plain sight.<\/p>\n

I approach the dream as a truth-masking fa\u00e7ade, yet at the same time as an authentic construct of the subconscious, speaking through associations about what truly preoccupies the protagonist. The viewer is immersed in a seductive psychedelic dream, only to be awakened and painfully returned to reality.
